Shipping Information & Return Policies

We ship via UPS Ground. Packages normally take 5-6 working days to arrive, once they leave the warehouse. (See map below)

All orders ship out from the warehouse within 10 days. (Not including weekends and holidays)

We can ship outside the continental United States. Special shipping prices will apply. We use the USPS.

A small handling fee is applied to all orders.

Package tracking:
If you ordered over the internet and provided an email address, the FedEx tracking information and scheduled delivery date will be sent to you by Fedex.com. (Please allow 2 business days to receive your email from Fedex.com)

Please note: If you will not be home on the scheduled delivery date please leave a note with instructions for FedEx delivery as to where to leave it.  FedEx will only attempt to deliver it 3 times before shipping it back to us. All packages must be signed for or you must waive the signature. 

If your order is being shipped USPS, there is no package tracking

More About Shipping
Ultimate Cover ships to all of the United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Military Addresses and all international address.

Everything but the continental United States orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service and additional fees may be applicable. It is important to note that U.S. Postal service packages are untraceable.

FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, if you have a P.O. Box listed as your ship to address it will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. (Please note this may delay the shipping time. There is an extra charge for handling for all orders that ship VIA USPS.

Overnight, Two-Day, Third Day Shipping, please contact us as shipping and handling will vary. Please provide the shipping address and items you want to order via service@theultimatecover.com 

Orders within the continental U.S. are sent via FedEx Ground by default. Orders shipped beyond that realm default to US Postal Mail.

All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped FedEx Ground Excluding Weekends and Holidays. However, we are required to ask that you wait 7-10 business days for delivery within the continental U.S.

*Please be advised that mail order items do not incur taxes unless you are ordering from our home state of California.

Returns and Exchanges

Refund and Exchange Policy
Returned items may not be used, washed, altered or damaged and must be suitable for resale. If the cover has been taken out of the box and left on the furniture overnight, the cover is NOT returnable. If you are unsure of the look or size, please keep the cover in the box and inside. Returns must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.  This covers our transaction costs. 

Return Shipping
When returning an item, we suggest you use a traceable form of shipping whether it’s by UPS, FedEx, Airborne Express, US mail, etc. The package being returned is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Customer is responsible for all costs and will need to authorize the shipping charge to your card or send payment for us to ship the exchange back to you.

Please print the Return form PDF, fill it out and include it in the box with the covers you are returning.

General merchandise exchanges will be subject to the actual shipping cost for exchange.

Please allow 2 weeks for exchanges or credits.

Returns will be credited back to the card it was charged on. Credit will be for merchandise only less 20% and will not include our original cost for shipping to you and our handling fee. 

If you have received an item that was damaged, defective or not what you ordered please email us at service@theultimatecover.com 

Please do not return items that were damaged, defective or not what you ordered without first contacting us. If merchandise is received damaged, please save any boxes for possible inspection by FedEx.
